We are excited to offer this amazing Ethiopia Dangura coffee to our customers.
The Dangura washing station is located in a very fertile and forested area near the town of Aleta Wondo. Here the coffee cherries are collected from the properties of multiple smallholders to be sorted, washed and carefully dried on raised beds. During the hottest part of the day, farmworkers will cover the coffee to ensure it does not dry too quickly or become brittle. Fresh compost ensures rich soil.
Washed coffee from the Dangura washing station is a gem in the Sidamo region and is produced by local smallholder farmers. The coffee, bursts with fragrant and fruity aromatics resembling jasmine, bergamot, and lemon curd.
