At BBCR we work hard to source only the best equipment on the market when it comes to coffee. Whether you buy a brewer or an accessory you can be sure that it is the best available and the same equipment we use ourselves.
As a result of our exceptional products, we trust that you are happy with your purchase of coffee, brewing equipment, supplies and other coffee related products from BBCR.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any coffee or equipment. However, we will offer exchanges on equipment should the item be broken in shipment.
We ask you to read all descriptions and make your purchase in good faith, meaning that you are not purchasing with the intention of returning: this is devastating to any small business like ours.
Please email us with any comments, questions and complaints as we are confident that we can work something out. Should you wish to exchange an item to us, after discussing your concerns with our qualified staff, please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package, free from water, at your own cost. We highly recommend insuring the shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition. Also note that should you wish to exchange an item after you have used it and have gained approval from our team, you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Please be aware that much of the equipment we sell is ONLY intended for home use. By using it for a purpose other than the one it was intended for; you will void the manufacturer's warranty. If equipment you purchase from BBCR fails prematurely please contact us.
Defective items must be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. We are unable to accept returns without all of these pieces.
To return a defective item, you must contact us via phone or email info@bbcr.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier or mail service that provides insurance and tracking. You must also provide BBCR with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.
For coffee, returns must be completed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Sorry, but we can’t accept returns on any ground coffee. We also can not accept returns, refunds or exchange for any coffee that has been opened, regardless if it is whole bean or ground.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll have a look to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.
Please note: We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.
Upon receipt of your return merchandise in the above described condition, we will promptly process it, and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.
