Sweet Spot blends 60% of our regular Colombian single origin with 40% of our Colombian decaf — same beans, same direct trade partnership with Carolina's Colombia in the Santander region, just with most of the caffeine dialed back.

The result is a cup that keeps everything you want and drops what you don't. Chocolate richness carries through from the first sip to the last. The regular Colombian brings its milk-chocolate-into-cocoa backbone with that smooth, comforting body. The decaf layers in a subtle cherry twist — like a dark chocolate square with a fruit-filled centre — processed using the sugar cane (EA) method so nothing gets stripped away except the buzz.

Together: structured, smooth, and quietly complex. Less candy bar, more chocolate-driven comfort with a bright wink of cherry on the finish.

Why Blend It?

This is your loophole. Roughly half the caffeine of a full-caf Colombia, but with enough of the real thing to keep the aroma, the body, and that unmistakable chocolate backbone intact. Morning, afternoon, or "probably shouldn't but will anyway" o'clock.
