Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada

For retail orders, standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $59.00 CAD or more. Below $59.00, available carrier rates are shown at checkout. We choose an economical, tracked service for free shipping.

We normally process and ship orders within 1–5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Holidays, service interruptions and busy periods can affect timing; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our delivery area. Enter your address at checkout to see whether it is available.

  • Retail orders of $59.00 or more: free local delivery.
  • Retail orders from $20.00 to $58.99: $11.00 local delivery.
  • Retail orders below $20.00: local delivery is not available.

We aim for same-day delivery where possible, but a specific day or time is not guaranteed. Local delivery operates Monday to Friday; orders received before 10 a.m. Eastern time have the best chance of same-day delivery.

Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout when available. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order; follow the location and hours in that notification.

Cold brew

Cold brew products are available for pickup or eligible local delivery only. They cannot be shipped by a carrier. Orders containing cold brew must use pickup or local delivery.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be locally delivered to eligible addresses. Delivery and shipping charges are assessed on each order using its qualifying total and the available checkout options.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale customers have a separate free-shipping threshold of $185.00 CAD. The retail $59.00 offer does not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout when signed in to your wholesale account.

Orders outside Canada

Please contact info@bbcr.ca before placing an order for delivery outside Canada. Availability and shipping costs must be confirmed; we do not currently promise free US shipping.

*The free-shipping announcement refers to eligible retail orders within Canada. Wholesale orders, cold brew and products with separate shipping arrangements are subject to the rules above and the options shown at checkout. All dollar amounts above are in Canadian dollars.
