Cancellation policy
**TL;DR**
* You can cancel your order anytime **before it’s fulfilled**.
* Once it ships, it can’t be cancelled.
* Returns are accepted **at your cost** and issued as **store credit**.
* We can’t accept returns on **opened coffee** or **coffee ground to order**.
We roast and ship coffee as fresh as possible, which means orders move quickly once they’re in motion. Here’s how cancellations and returns work so there are no surprises.
Order Cancellations ☕
* Orders may be cancelled any time prior to fulfillment.
* Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Store Credit
Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Please ensure you use tracked shipping and send us the tracking number.
Once a return is received and approved, a credit will be applied to your account. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Items We Can’t Accept Back
For quality and food‑safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
* Opened coffee products
* Coffee that has been **ground to the customer’s request**
A Few Extra Things to Know
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
BBCR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
