We choose collaboration over competition.

As four independent specialty coffee roasters in the NCR, we’ve joined hands to create a unique coffee experience. Each roaster applied its own style to the same beans, packaging the results together in this comparative set. This project showcases how different roasting approaches can unlock distinct expressions of the same coffee.

These beans were purchased by CloudForest Coffee from a farmers’ co-operative called AACRI. The cooperative of 200 family farms was started as an alternative to mining development in the region. Support this community of farmers in their quest for sustainability and environmental justice and enjoy a wonderful Ecuadorian coffee!

By teaming up, we’ve created a new and exciting offering that goes beyond what could be accomplished alone. Cheers! Here’s to doing more things together in this industry we all love!
