COFFEE FILTER PLANET EARTH CRAFT FOR KIDS

Looking for a great indoor activity to keep your child busy?
Here is a quick and easy craft idea to make at home for Earth Day.

Supplies:

• Coffee filters
• Blue washable marker
• Green washable marker
• Spray bottle and water

Directions:

1. Color the coffee filter with blue and green markers to resemble a globe. Remind kids that earth is made up of a lot more water, so they will want to color more blue than green. (You don't have to be neat or stay in the lines when coloring this!)

2. After coloring, spray coffee filter with water until the coffee filter is saturated. As you are spraying, the colors are running and combining. Sit back and watch the colors bleed together. So pretty.

3. Lay the coffee filter out to dry.
