Our latest Barrel Aged Coffee release is a truly unique experience! First, we perfected the recipe for our Signature Blend. Then we put the blend of roasted beans in an oak barrel that once housed bourbon. For several weeks the beans remained in the barrel and were carefully monitored, hand turned and tested on a regular basis. Our goal (as with all our previous barrel aged releases) was to gain maximum infusion without the coffee being overpowered by the barrel. We think this barrel aged version of our Signature Blend turned out amazing!
Our barrel aged coffees have proven to be a distinct and unique coffee experience. Each aged coffee is different, and that's part of what makes them so interesting.
For this release we wanted to showcase our barrel aged coffee as a finished product that really stands out. In order to achieve this, we sourced hermetically-sealed cans, which we wrapped in a vinyl design reminiscent of a barrel. We are very proud to offer a quality product unlike anyone else!
These cans provide great durability and stability and are equipped with a valve end, allowing for natural degassing of the coffee. Once the seal is removed, the cans have a snap cover which adds a finishing touch to close the container after opening, allowing the coffee to remain fresh for an extended duration.
Each can of Bourbon Barrel Aged Signature Blend embodies a contemporary nostalgia. It is also worth noting that the cans are also certainly collectable, reusable, and infinitely recyclable.
This limited edition is a true throwback to a time when canned coffee was a household staple. And while the can is reminiscent of a can of Folgers, the similarities stop there. This isn’t your grandmother’s can of coffee. ;)
