R Cinquantotto is the new R58 from Rocket Espresso.
Dual independently operated PID controlled boilers allow for optimum extraction. The Rocket Espresso inclined boiler technology means precise group temperature adjustment and unprecedented levels of temperature stability. With separate boilers for steam production and for espresso production, not only can you perform both functions simultaneously, but you have full control over the temperature of each boiler. The R Cinquantotto is equipped with rotary pump and is plumb-in ready.
The R Cinquantotto is a sweet machine. Things like a dual boiler and consistency of steam pressure (which translates into that smooth milk texture that makes for a great latte) and the ability to plumb this in or use the reservoir might not seem world-changing, but they could be decision-making.
Machine functions are controlled by the machine touch screen communication pod that now includes an automatic on / off function, your machine is ready to go whenever you need coffee. The communication pod can easily be removed from the machine to retain the aesthetic that is Rocket Espresso.
