A collaboration with  Meow! That's Hot.

Inspired by our love of both coffee and spice, these fruit-based sauces are handmade spicy goodness that compliment your food without overpowering it. They will delight any hot sauce aficionado!

YIN (the black label): Coffee and tomatoes with jalapeño peppers

• Deep coffee flavours blend perfect with the tomatoes. A complex hot sauce with a savoury flavour profile balanced with the perfect level of sweet & heat.

Ingredients: coffee, tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, calcium chloride, may contain citric acid), jalapeño peppers, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), sugars (molasses, brown sugar), white vinegar, blackberries, fennel bulb, onions, red peppers, garlic, salt, ground coffee, pepper.

YANG (the off-white label): Coffee and cherries with jalapeño and habanero peppers

• Absolutely incredible blend of flavours. There's a real sweetness and yet it certainly has some spice to it.

Ingredients: coffee, cherries, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), onions, red peppers, white vinegar, jalapeño peppers, cacao nibs, sugars (brown sugar), salt, habanero peppers, ground coffee, cinnamon.

YOWYA (the red label): Coffee and peppers with habanero peppers and horseradish

• Combine the taste of coffee, with a little kick of horseradish and the heat of habanero peppers and you get a truly unique hot sauce. Refreshingly spicy! 

Ingredients: coffee, red peppers, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), red wine vinegar (sulphites), onions, habanero peppers, horseradish root, ground coffee, salt, black pepper.

Heat level: medium hot
