BBCR COVID-19 Update
Valued coffee partners,
On the afternoon of Thursday April 8, 2021 I was informed that one of our team members tested positive for COVID-19. We took immediate steps to close our facility and send everyone home for testing.
At this time, a few of our team have not received their results. To ensure the continued safety of our customers and the BBCR family, we will not be offering curb-side pickup until April 16, 2021 (revised date).
During this reduced service period we will increase our existing safety protocols and put new procedures in place including a pickup area segregated from our team.
We have also reduced our local delivery minimum purchase requirement of $35.00 to $20.00. Our local delivery service area is approximately 15 KM radius of the roastery. If you believe you should be eligible for local delivery and do not have that option at checkout please email us at email@example.com and I would be happy to look into it.
I can’t thank everyone enough for their continued support during this time. The outpouring of get well wishes to our team has been overwhelming. We have read all of them and are truly grateful for the amazing community we have the honour to be a part of. Thank you,
